    3 C white choc pieces
    1 box peppermint Oreos
    1 cup Milk chocolate and/or Dark Chocolate
    Candy canes


    Melt the white chocolate pieces in the microwave, in a micro-safe bowl, in one-minute intervals. Stir until smooth.

    Smash up the cookies; stir into the white chocolate and spread over parchment on a cookie sheet to desired thickness.

    Melt milk or dark chocolate the same way; let it cool for a few minutes and pour into a Ziploc baggie. Make a tiny snip off of one corner and use like a pastry bag to drizzle over the white chocolate/cookie mixture. Repeat with different chocolates if desired!

    Smash up candy canes in a Ziploc bag. Pour into a sieve over a bowl, and sift out the dust. You can use the big pieces for the top of the bark if you like, or just the dust. Let it dry and break into pieces with your hands.
