Cody Stark can be seen weekdays on Good Day Sacramento. He also co-hosts Good Day Sacramento's weekend show.

Cody Stark was born and raised in Alabama, which explains his obsession with barbeque and barbequing accessories.

Cody has had a varied career, and has done about every job imaginable in television, from news director, game show host, features reporter, to weather anchor in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.

He and his wife Carol have a boy who has a love of cloud formations, and a new baby girl.  They also have a cat named Molly.

Cody loves to read, watch TV, and sleep in until noon, but with a new baby, his hobbies might be changing!
